This Mushroom Meatloaf is wonderful! If you love mushrooms as much as I do then you are going to love all the wonderful mushroom flavor this meatloaf has to offer.

1 pound cremini mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/4 cups, onion, finely chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons white wine (optional)
2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces ground sirloin (90%)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup ketchup, divided
