1/4 c. pure organic maple syrup
1 1/2 c. of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. oat flour
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
