One Pan Balsamic Chicken and Veggies

This amazing One Pan Balsamic Chicken and Veggies is a winner all around. It cooks up quick and easy, tastes fabulous and is full of healthy goodness. And when you're done, you'll only have one pan to wash :)

1/3 cup light Italian salad dressing
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 lb fresh asparagus
1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
1 cup grape tomatoes
