Marinated in honey and orange juice, this made for one delicious and flavorful honey seared salmon even your picky kids would love.

4 Medium salmon fillets (1 1/2 lbs total)
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 green onion (chopped)
