Oreo Truffle Balls

1 (16 oz) package of standard Oreo cookies, finely crushed (food processor works best)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
24 oz of almond bark - semi-sweet, dark or white chocolate - your choice!
1. Set aside about 1/4 cup of crushed Oreo cookies for topping. 2. Mix the remaining finely crushed Oreo cookies with cream cheese until well blended. 3. Prepare a cookie sheet with wax paper 4. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and set on cookie sheet 5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes 6. While they are in the refrigerator, melt almond bark 7. Dip the now cold Oreo balls into the almond bark (using a toothpick works best) and set on the cookie sheet. Top with reserved crushed Oreo cookies 8. Refrigerate Oreo truffles for 1 hour. Other Variations: -Use any kind of chocolate you want -Decorate them any way you want. Instead of topping the truffles with crushed Oreo cookies, use a different color or flavor of chocolate to drizzle on top. Or you can use sprinkles. Just make sure you top them before the chocolate hardens. -Use any flavor of Oreo cookies.
