3 cups cooked rice (for each slice of burger you only need half a cup)
Salad greens
Cherry tomatoes and cucumber (optional)
1 tablespoon oil

Filling:
1 carrot, chopped into chunks (cooked or raw)
2 sticks celery, chopped into chunks.
¾ cup macadamia nuts
2 tablespoon chopped onion
Salt (optional)
