Overnight Cinnamon Swirl Bread with a Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting

Prepare this the night before and leave in the fridge ready for the next morning - this makes the perfect weekend breakfast

Dough:
1/3 cup water (lukewarm)
25g fresh yeast
1 cup of milk (lukewarm)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
450-500g white bread flour
1 teaspoon fine salt

Filling:
60g brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (depending on personal taste)
50g butter

Frosting:
140g cream cheese
50g butter
200g icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk
