Oyster Mushroom with Basil, Garlic and Balsamic Vinegar

Basil and garlic combined with any mushroom are always a delight.

7 ounces oyster mushroom
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon sugar (optional)
2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Salt to taste
Tear oyster mushroom into small pieces if you like. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add oyster mushroom and sauté until soft. Add water if too dry Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and basil. Sauté until evenly absorbed by the mushroom.
