Paleo Blueberry Bagels (low carb and gluten free)

A good low carb replacement for blueberry bagels. With only 3.5g of carbs and 7.3g of protein they make the perfect filling breakfast.

? cup coconut flour
? cup golden flaxseed meal
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
6 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon stevia (liquid)
¼-1/2 cup blueberries
Preheat oven 350F. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another (but not the blueberries). Combine ingredients, mix well and let sit for 5 minutes. Spoon into a well greased donut...
