1/2 cups unsalted butter ( divided and half softened (1 stick) )
1/2 cups water
1 cups milk
2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon Sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
4 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast ( rapid rise yeast )
