Pasta with Broccoli and Cauliflower

Wholegrain pasta mingles with roasted broccoli and cauliflower, subtly flavored by sun dried tomatoes and providing lots of wholesome plant-based protein from white beans!

7oz dried whole wheat pasta, preferably small shapes
2 tablespoons olive oil
10.5oz (about 1 small) broccoli, cut into small florets
21oz (about 1 medium) cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1oz (about 8 pieces) sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 can white beans
3.5oz dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
