Pat's Red Neck Hollandaise Sauce

An awesomely easy version on Hollandaise sauce that can be made in a snap.

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice (more if necessary)
½ tsp plain mustard
½ tsp fresh chopped rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a pan and heat over hot coals until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Serve Warm.
