A chewy peanut butter crust with jelly smoother in between the layers. Soft, chewy and delicious American classic with a twist!

1 c. butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 c. creamy peanut butter
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c. jam of your choosing
