Pear Jello with Blueberry

152

A little sweet, a little sour, creamy white dotted with dark blue.

16
1 tablespoon agar agar
3 organic Bartley pear
1/8 organic lemon wedge, peel on
1 teaspoon sugar
Cut the pears and juice them with lemon wedge. You should get more or less 1 cup juice. If less, add water. Add sugar and agar agar to the pear juice. Pour the liquid into a pot and stir over low heat until well mixed and sticky, about 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the liquid into a container or individual jello molds. Place one blueberry in each serving. Refrigerate until set. Note: When you remove the jello from the small molds, you can insert a toothpick between the jello and the rim, and lightly twist the toothpick. This would make the jello fall out easily.
