Penne with Pumpkin, Sweet Peas and Thyme

Simple and colorful, easy and tasty.

2 ounces penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup cooked and cut pumpkin flesh
¼ cup sweet peas
½ tablespoon thyme
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan, add pumpkin, peas, and thyme. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add penne, salt and black pepper. Mix well and turn off heat.
