1/2 cup sugar

2 packages pistachio flavored pudding mix (3.4 oz)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
