4 medium potatoes cut into cubes
1 garlic clove
2 cups milk
½ cup frozen corn (more if desired)
1/8 cup finely chopped onion
1/8 cup margarine
¼ cup vegetable broth
¼ tsp. dry dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Place potatoes in a large pot, together with the garlic clove and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are soft, then drain in a colander and discard the garlic. Put the margarine in the pot and sauté the onions for about 4 minutes. Pour in the milk, the vegetable broth and the corn, and add the remaining ingredients. Stir and cook over a medium to high heat for 15 minutes and serve.
