A sugar cookie pizza topped with a pumpkin cream cheese frosting and a chocolate ganache spiderweb!

1 tube sugar cookie dough (16.5 ounces)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup pumpkin puree, from a can, NOT pumpkin pie mix
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup pumpkin puree, from a can, NOT pumpkin pie mix
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a round pizza pan with cooking spray (I like to use the kind with flour in the spray). You can also use a 9” cake pan, but you will have leftover dough and frosting.
