Raspberry Avocado Dessert

Pretty and tasty. Salad, snack or dessert, whatever you call it!

1 avocado
5 raspberry
½ tablespoon honey
3 tablespoon orange juice
3 walnut
Optional ingredients: 2 matchstick-size chocolate stick 2 small leaf of lettuce 1 tablespoon cacao nibs and/or read-to-eat Goji berries Cut the avocado vertically in half and remove the core. Remove the skin of each half and cut out 1 half-inch thick slice from the center part of the avocado (where there is a hole left by the core). Place each avocado slice in the center of a serving plate. Divide the rest of the ingredients into two equal portions. (Optional) Put a chocolate stick at the smaller end of the avocado slice, and put a lettuce leaf next to it. Now y have painted a “pear” on the plate. (I came up with this idea because avocado has a Chinese name “crocodile pear,” probably because its skin color and texture is similar to those of a crocodile.) Mix raspberries and honey in a blender to make jam. Fill the round hole in the middle of avocado with jam. Mix orange juice and walnut in a blender, and pour the sauce around the avocado. (Optional) Sprinkle cacao nibs and/or Goji berries around the avocado.
