This side dish was probably one of the easiest I’ve made in a long time. Boil water, add lentils, add spinach and seasoning an voila! A side worthy of a queen.

1 cup red lentils (dry)
2 cups water
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
