Reese's Chocolate Butter Cake

We made this delicious butter cake for our Dad’s birthday. It was a hit at the family party! We can guarantee your family will love it too. This cake is dense, rich, and loaded with Reese’s peanut butter cups! It’s absolutely heavenly!

15.25 ounces Devils Food cake mix
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg
12 peanut butter cups (full size circle), cut into sixths
4 snack size butterfinger candy bars, coarsely chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter, creamy
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup butter, melted
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
