Fudgy brownies filled with salty peanuts and topped with melted colorful Peeps - just as beautiful as they are delicious!

6 ounces high quality semi sweet chocolate, chopped
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs, room temperature
2/3 cup + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup salted peanuts, halved or chopped (depending preference)
9 peeps in at least 3 colors

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt together the chocolate and butter while stirring constantly....
