1/3 cup old fashioned oats

1 teaspoon flax seed

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup POM juice

2/3 cup water

1 beet, roasted and peeled (see notes)

4-5 strawberries, frozen

1/3 cup raspberries, frozen

1/2 banana, frozen

10-15 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to your blender (high speed blender is best), except for the ice cubes. Waiting until the end to add them in will ensure that everything gets blended and will keep it icy and thick....
