Rich, gooey brownies topped with dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt!

1¾ C sugar
¾ C unsweetened baking cocoa
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 C all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
