Crackers with a kick!! Regular crackers are given a make over with just a few ingredients. Great with Pimento cheese, Chicken Salad, Lunch Meat or anything you want to add a little spice to. Super Easy

1 Box ( 4 Sleeves ) Saltine Crackers
3/4 Cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 TBSP Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBSP Cayenne Pepper or Crushed Red Pepper if you want them even spicier
1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix ( Not the Ranch Dip )
3/4 Cup Canola or Vegetable Oil

Mix oil and seasonings together well. Place half of the crackers in either a large zip lock or container with lid. I use an oblong rubbermaid with a snap on lid ( I believe it\\\'s called a sheet cake carrier ). Pour half of the oil/seasoning mixture over crackers, put remaining crackers over those and pour remaining oil/seasoning mixture over them, stirring oil and seasoning if necessary because some of the seasonings will stick to the bottom. Shake well but not so hard you will break up the crackers, I like to take the lid off and mix up with with my hands to get them coated well. Keep the lid on and let sit for an hour and enjoy!! They will be crispy and keep well in a container with a lid.
