Spinach Artichoke Hummus

Hummus is one of those things that is soo easy to make, and so much better homemade. With one can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) you can make a TON on yummy hummus.

1 (15.5 oz. can) Chickpeas, drained, liquid reserved
1/4 cup Tahini
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 3 lemons (about 6 tbs.)
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. Salt
1 large bunch spinach
4-6 oz. container of artichoke hearts
