Delicious sugar cookie recipe from my Grandma. It is a drop sugar cookie.

2 Tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
