FOR THE ORZO:
1 cup orzo
1 cup Low Fat Milk (1%)
1½ cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Paprika
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 Lemon, Juiced
1 rotisserie chicken, chicken meat removed and shredded
2 ears of corn, kernels cut off the cob
¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 Zucchini (8 oz), sliced into ¼ inch slices
3 tomatoes,sliced into ¼ inch slices
½ cup panko
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Pepper
