Sweet Sticky Chicken

It may sound like a unusual combination for chicken, but this is a saucy, flavorsome, very easy and budget friendly recipe. Your family will invariably ask for more. My kids go crazy for it. The best part? It goes with almost everything. The sticky sauce (as my kids named it) goes heavenly over rice or baked/mashed potatoes. This is the most easiest chicken recipe ever and it absolutely delish... Try it ... you will love it.

8 Drumsticks
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Peach/Apricot Chutney
1/2 cup Ketchup
Chicken Spice (any kind)

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse the drumsticks (no need to pat dry) Place chicken in oven proof dish/baking tray Generously season with Chicken Spice In a separate bowl mix the mayonnaise, chutney and ketchup together Pour over chicken and make sure all the drumsticks are covered with the sauce Place uncovered in oven and bake for 1 hour 30 min turning the chicken every half hour. Make sure the sauce has turned to a brown/reddish color. Serve hot or cold Enjoy :)
