1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. toffee bits
1/2 c. brown sugar

With an electric hand mixer, blend together cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla until smooth. Hand mix in toffee bits. Serve with fresh fruit.
