24 baked Chocolate Cupcakes (homemade, or doctored-up Cake Mix version)
Coconut Frosting:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Pecans
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Chocolate Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
