During the summer months, I rarely use my oven . . . most of my cooking happens outside on the grill. Our cute mom was grilling our dinners year-round; I can still remember one winter when she shoveled a path in the snow so that she could grill some chicken for Sunday dinner. :) My mom has been using this recipe for years (she thinks that she cut it out of the newspaper a long time ago) and it’s been my go-to pork chop marinade ever since she gave it to me. ½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup chili sauce
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
1½ lbs boneless, skinless pork chops (about 4-6 chops)
