1 head cauliflower leaves and stalk removed, rinsed
12 cups water
2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base or sub 12 cups vegetable stock for water and base
1 tsp dried thyme
2 bay leaves
1/3 cup butter melted
1/2 tsp truffle salt
