Ultra Crispy Overnight Bacon and Rosemary Yeasted Waffles

These savory bacon and rosemary waffles are super crispy. All of the hard work is done the night before, making this a super easy breakfast to whip up!

The Night Before:
1/2 cup warm water
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
2 cups warm milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour {250g}

The Next Morning:
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
3/4 cup thick cut bacon, cooked and cut into cubes {around 4 slices}
