Vanilla Pudding Cookies

Vanilla Pudding Cookies are dense, soft and chewy cookies with a sweetness from the vanilla pudding mix. They're packed full of chocolate chips.

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
90g Butter, Softened
125g Cream Cheese
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Egg
70g Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
1/3 Cup Chocolate chips
1/2 Cup White chocolate chips
