This “rice” bowl is fun to make and healthy to eat.

¼ cup chopped organic onion
¼ cup organic carrot
¼ cup chopped organic cucumber
1 cup organic cauliflower
½ cup chopped tomato
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
Chop the veggies as small as grains of rice, or leave them as bigger cubes. Mix all ingredients. Yes, that is all.
