Watercress Salad with Banana

Try avocado instead of banana if banana is too sweet for you.

3 cup watercress, tender parts.
1 banana
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 tablespoon grated apple
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Peel and cut banana into slices. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and olive oil. Put banana, onion, apple, and the sauce you just made into a big salad bowl. Mix well and serve.
