INGREDIENTS:

2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced into rounds
2 eggs
3/4 cups milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
butter for frying
maple syrup for serving
