An easy appetizer with few ingredients.

1 zucchini
2 tablespoon chopped beet
2 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon walnut
2 tablespoon chopped beet
2 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon walnut
Cut zucchini into rectangular slices, place on a serving place.
Walnut Sauce: Mix beet, onion and walnut in a blender.
Place some sauce on top of the zucchini.
(Optional) Put 1 or 2 corn on top of the sauce, then garnish with watercress.
