1.5 lbs shrimp ( thawed with tail removed and deveined )
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup lime juice
3 tbsp orange juice ( no pulp and no sugar added )
3 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
Optional:
corn tortillas ( for gluten free )
grain free tortillas ( for paleo )
salsa or pico de galo
lime wedges
