This is a flavorful 1 dish meal that comes together in less than 20 minutes! East and healthy, it is a recipe you will come back to again and again.
½ cup celery, finely diced
½ cup green onions, thinly sliced (greens and whites divided about 3/4 cup of greens and 1/4 cup of whites)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes in juice, drained
? cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt to taste
4 Naan buns
Fresh cilantro sprigs
