20 Minute Chicken Noodle Soup

A delicious, easy recipe for the old classic. It never fails to please!

1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 lb chicken cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp pepper
salt to taste
6 cups, low sodium chicken broth
1/2 lb whole wheat egg noodles
handful chopped parsley
