20 Minute Skillet Pork Lo Mein Recipe

This one is definitely a keeper! It's perfect for those days when you need a quick dinner because it's ready from start to finish in about 20 minutes. And with simple basic ingredients, you can't go wrong.

8 oz uncooked angel hair pasta (I used whole wheat pasta)
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
1 (1 lb) bag frozen vegetables (I used a stir-fry mix that had broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and peas)
1 cup teriyaki sauce (my favorite is Kikkoman's Teriyaki Baste and Glaze - this isn't sponsored, I just wanted to share what I love!)
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
