Vegan Blueberry & Raspberry Smoothie Bowl is delicious and refreshing breakfast recipe idea.

Smoothie:
1 medium size peach
1/2 cups (50 g) fresh blueberries
1/3 cups (40 g) fresh raspberries
1 cup (150 g) sliced zucchini
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoons rolled oats
2.03 fl oz (60 ml) coconut water
Topping:
10 Blueberries
5 Raspberries
handful coconut flakes

  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach smooth and creamy consistency.
