Three Bean Chili is a delicious weeknight meal and awesome as leftovers. Great for packing into containers and taking to work for lunch.

Chili Seasoning:
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Chili:
2 pounds ground beef
30 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
15 oz dark red kidney beans
15 oz black beans
15 oz white kidney beans
1/22 cup beef broth
1 cup water
