If you need a super easy dinner with minimal ingredients try these 4 Ingredient Crock-Pot Tacos!

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I always put my chicken in the crock-pot frozen (thawed will work too). When added frozen I think it adds a little more liquid, so the meat doesn\'t get dry!)
2 cups salsa verde
1 bottle beer
2 teaspoons cumin
Place all the ingredients in the crock-pot, starting with the chicken. Mix it up a bit. Cook for 3-4 hours on high heat or 7-8 hours on low heat. When done shred the chicken and enjoy!
