Fresh, juicy peaches with a sweet, cakey topping. This vegan peach cobbler is perfect for summertime and made with just 4 healthy ingredients! Gluten free and naturally sweetened.

5 c chopped peaches - I used about 5 medium/large peaches to get this amount
1/2 c date paste - I used 8 medjool dates blended with 1/2 c water, then measure out 1/2 c paste
1 c banana flour
1/2 c almond milk
