6 Week Bran Muffins

Muffins:
5 1/3 cups bran flakes
4 cups flour
1 cup wheat germ
2 1/4 cups sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
4 cups buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
Optional blueberries, raisins, dried fruit or chocolate chips
  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before using.
  2. Use a 1 gallon container. This will keep in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
  3. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F....
