1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon chipotle powder
1 cup guacamole
1 cup greek yogurt
1 lime, juiced
1 cup salsa
14 oz. canned pinto beans, drained and mashed
4 oz. sliced olives
1 cup mexican shredded cheese blend
Romain lettuce leaves or Tortilla chips for serving
