Light, gluten-free, protein infused apple crisp! Great to indulge your sweet tooth without the calories and sugar!

2 cups peeled, diced apples (I used royal gala)
tsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp stevia depending how sweet you like it, OR 1/4th cup brown sugar/coconut sugar/sucanut * I used stevia*
2 tsp cinnamon
tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups GF oat flour **brown rice flour will also work in this recipe for those of you avoiding oats**
3 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Perfect Fit)
1/2 - 3/4th cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp applesauce unsweetened
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup GF rolled oats or quinoa flakes
